Telemetry systems at the Optimus, Maximus and Potok points allow remote monitoring of all technological parameters of operation and the condition of equipment and systems, transmission via various communication channels to the upper level (control room), as well as, if necessary, remote control of shut-off and protective valves.

Data transmission is carried out in one of the following ways:

• over wired communication lines;
• on the radio channel;
• via GSM 900/1800 wireless communication channels;
• packet data transmission over GPRS channels.

Telemetry equipment placed inside explosive zones of Class B I-a has intrinsically safe and explosion-proof design Exd[ib]IIBT4(T5). The climatic design of the equipment placed inside unheated compartments corresponds to the category U1 GOST-15150.
